Most orders will ship withing 3-5 days. Due to high demand of products orders may take up to 10 days to ship. Items displayed are samples of previous work. All of our handmade items delicately balance Man Made vs Machine made. This causes what is known as “Pour Character”. So the item(s) you receive will have their own unique set of characteristics.
Refunds or Returns : Due to market volatility we do not offer refunds or returns on our products.
Exchanges : We only offer exchanges within 30 days of purchase in situations where a product you received does not match the product on your packing slip. Should this occur you will need to reach out to us via email at Hayleybugmint@gmail.com to begin the process. The incorrect item must be returned to us first with postage and insurance being payed for by the customer. Once the item(s) have been verified to be in the original packaging and condition we will then issue the new item(s) and a shipping refund. Insurance is non refundable.
International Shipping: We are not responsible for any fees or taxes associated with the customs release or final delivery of your package. No refunds or exchanges will be allowed Should the package be returned to us and fees be charged to our account.
Serial Numbers: We typically distribute serialized items in order of claims. There are instances where select numbers have been reserved prior by one of our dealers. Order number does not constitute serial number. No refunds or returns will be processed in regards with serial number dissatisfaction.
Fantasy and Myth Proof bars. We reserve the right to cancel a sale and issue a refund if an error occurs where a non member purchases a proof bar via presale or current members purchase more bars than memberships via presale.
Ocean Series Membership: Purchasing The Angler Fish Bar is the only way to acquire a Membership
The memberships only purpose is to provide a serial number matching presale to those who purchased the first bar.
The second and Third bars:
We will announce its release 1 week prior to the public release and you will have that full week to complete the presale purchase to guarantee your matching serial numbers. You will not need to purchase on the public sale of the second or third bar. If you do not participate in the presale your number guarantee will be forfeit and the bars will go into the public sale once the public sale starts.
Ocean series memberships are nontransferable and serial matching will only be given to original purchaser.
The Angler fish bar will have no purchase limit or presale.
Serial numbers will be distributed in order of claims, no cherry picking. Any membership bars that are purchased via error, exploit or glitch without that person owning the membership shall be refunded and processing fees withheld.
